I have my final...I can't agree more with this! I have my final observation coming up. I have ZERO issues with teaching my kids, but all of this stress, common core, and the behind the scenes paperwork has me beyond stressed out. I'm confident in my teaching skills (I'm an ED/BD Special Ed teacher) I've done great things decreasing behavior issues, which is the main goal. How can learning happen if there are constant behavior problems? In MY situation, behavior regulation comes first, then the learning process is secondary. I'm so frustrated with the current system.
